Central African Republic's coup leaders have named a new cabinet to run the troubled country. Former army Chief of Staff Gen. Francois Bozize -- who led the March 15 coup that ousted President Ange-Felix Patasse -- will be defense minister, while Prime Minister Abel Goumba will take over the finance and economic portfolios. Abdo Karim Meckasoua, who like Goumba was a prominent opposition politician under the Patasse administration, will become foreign minister.
